烧油的炉子出问题了。

症状：burner开始能自己点火启动，能闻到油味儿。之后越来越严重。最后炉子不能自己启动。
摁reset button，可启动，观察火焰不持续，燃烧几分钟后熄灭，并有浓重的油味儿。

基本诊断：

1）点火变压器（transformer）应该没问题。
2) cad cell sensor (flame sensor)应该没问题。
3）基本判断是进油的问题。开始清理喷油嘴（nozzle).

最后更换了oil filter，问题得到解决。

结论：oil filter建议每年都换。

looks like the right one. I recommend you buy both types that I gave links for, just in case, pick one to use.

1. Shut off oil supply before the filter

2. Loosen the single bolt on the top, filter housing will drop down

3. Replace filter and all 3 gaskets

4. torque the bolt to 10 ft.lb

5. Bleed the line

动手之前关掉电开关

打开transformer

严重警告：就算断了电，transformer可能会带高压(高压！！！！）就是图中两个弹簧状触点。

（左边fuel pump进油和进空气, 右边是进入炉膛的电极和油管）

（中间是进油管，两根金属柱是接点火高压线圈的）


这就是喷油嘴（nozzle）


临时手边有修车的东西就代用了（清洗碳的东西应该都可以）





这是oil filter housing （更换filter的步骤再贴一次）：


1. Shut off oil supply before the filter

2. Loosen the single bolt on the top, filter housing will drop down

3. Replace filter and all 3 gaskets

4. torque the bolt to 10 ft.lb

5. Bleed the line

这是fuel pump。更换filter之后bleed使用的嘴就在4·5点钟位置。
（bleed过程就是拧松bleed fitting，摁reset启动炉子，等bleed 口流出持续的油用合适的容器盛接，再拧紧关上即可）
